Summary of Role

Being a passionate individual who gives every detail their full attention is required for this role. Alongside this having a positive attitude that allows you to overcome diverse challenges and provide stimulating customer service is a must.

An individual that is naturally gifted under pressure and comfortable working on their own along with being a loyal, dedicated person who is numerically savvy with excellent market knowledge is key.

Responsibilities will include

  • Manage your own dedicated group of accounts (Approximately 200)
  • Complete outbound review calls
  • Target account renewals
  • Seek opportunities through cross-selling and up-selling
  • Building and developing long-term relationships with customers
  • Provide expert advice and deliver the correct solutions
