Job Title: Business Development Manager (SaaS)
Salary: £34,000 Basic
Commission: 50% of base salary for 100% of target (OTE £51,000)
Over achiever: 100% of base salary for 120% of target (£68k for 120%) + uncapped earnings
Start Date: January 2021

If you have experience within software sales and specifically with a SaaS product and continually overachieve sales targets, we want to hear from you. This is a business that is flourishing even through the existing climate and offer a fantastic solution with the ability to sell not only in the UK but globally as well.
You must have experience of generating you own leads through proactive business development, and have experience working in a solutions sale's method.
As our client are quickly becoming the market leader in their sector there is a huge opportunity for growth within this role
- 4+ years of B2B new business Sales
- 2+ years of Software Sales
- Proven background in overachieving sales targets
- Previous experience of mapping out large prospects and have a proactive approach in generating new business
- Good understanding of CRM systems
- Used to working to key sales performance metrics
- Strong negotiation skills
- Experience of working within a solution sales method
- Ability to travel when required (own transport)
