The Opportunity

They are looking to expand their Cloud Sales team and are looking for an experienced BDM & Account Manager. The successful sales candidate will be comfortable self-generating opportunities. However, strong leads will also be passed to you.
We are looking for confident, dynamic professionals who get inspired by building customer relationships and generating sales opportunities. You will be supported with world class mentorship, ongoing support, ongoing training & development opportunities.
Responsibilities
* As a BDM, you will contact potential customers to inform them about our products and services. Then Account Manage the client once onboarded. Meaning your earning potential should increase year on year
* Build, Manage & Grow a new business pipeline, keeping an updated target list and detailed sales forecast
* Answer potential clients' questions about the company, Unified Communications & Cloud Services
* Pro-actively self-skill and complete product training when necessary to aid in Business Development
* Always communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers
Requirements
* Understanding of the Sales Cycle - From initial prospecting, to working it through the pipe, to closing the deal, through to continuous account management
* Able to provide customer presentations with clear and demonstrable pricing
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Able to negotiate customer proposals to a satisfactory conclusion
* Highly organised with excellent time management skills
* A team player who is self-reliant and motivated with a positive, proactive attitude
* Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills
* Previous experience selling UCaaS and CCaaS solutions, bonus points if you're familiar with Mitel Connect
