The Customer Experience Team

Joining the customer experience team, you will be at the heart of the business. Becoming the customer's champion, resolving issues, and escalating where necessary, while also identifying up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.

Within this customer service role, you will need attention to detail, coupled with an overriding passion for providing inspiring customer support. Maintaining a positive can-do attitude with a daily demand to multi-task.

Responsibilities

You will be the first point of contact for customers contacting the Customer Experience team, dealing with a mix of inbound and outbound customer account related queries and opportunities.

You will be the eyes, ears, and voice for customers, identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities along with raising red flags when required including escalations to the appropriate team or person to ensure a swift resolution.

You will be supporting the Customer Experience Account Managers with daily admin tasks, including but not limited to, account audits along with team administrative projects.

You will have c.200 accounts of your own to manage where you're required to complete outbound review calls, target account renewals and opportunity seek where this also provides the opportunity to earn commission.

In addition, the Customer Experience Support team are the driving force behind ensuring our success with receiving positive Trust Pilot customer reviews is maintained. Consistently providing world class customer service.
