IT & Telecom Account Manager
Role: IT & Telecom Account Manager
Hybrid: Office based 2 days per week (onsite parking)
Salary: £35k - £42k Basic + Commission + Car Allowance
We are working with an established Telecom & Tech company who have an existing client base in excess of 2,000 clients. Your main priority will be to approach existing telecom customers to up sell and cross sell the portfolio of IT products to the existing base. These products include:
- Microsoft 365 package
- IT Support
As a business they have heavily invested in training with an ongoing support programme to ensure all employees are able to develop their career. This is initially delivered through a planned induction programme then once completed you will have access to a wealth of specialised training that you can access at any point.
- Build a pipeline of consistent opportunities through proactively approaching existing customers to identify opportunities throughout the portfolio of IT & telecom products available.
- Ability to attend face to face meeting with clients on site.
- Be able to have credible conversations around IT sales to open opportunities for customers who only have telecom products.
- Ability to create suitable packages for SME business's (up to 100 heads) and advise on best solutions across IT and Telecom products
