Job Title: Account Manager (existing customers only)
Location: South Wales
Hours: Monday to Friday
Remote: Currently working 2-3 days in the office
Are you currently working in a Telesales position and looking for the next step into Account Management? This is a great opportunity to move away from new business Telesales and start working with existing customers within a buoyant technology company who are continuing to grow and a leader in their market.
You will need to be an experienced b2b Telesales person who can demonstrate high performance in previous positions.
As a 1st year Account Manager, your role will be to build relationships with your portfolio of clients to ensure they are aware of all of the benefits and maxamising the product. This can include product demos as well as regular calls.
Through this approach you will be able to maintain high levels of renewals as well as identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling suitable products.
