We are recruiting for a customer experience account manager to join a dynamic team. Our client recognises that by being customer centric is pivotal. In turn this will result in customer retention and identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. However, the core focus for this role is on customer satisfaction where you can be the customer's champion.

Your part to play…..

You will have a key role in their customer experience team, having your own dedicated portfolio of accounts to manage. As stated above customer satisfaction is the true goal here, however if you identify opportunities for upsell/cross sell you can pass through to the sales team to discuss, and you will still get the commission for the deal.
