We're partnered with a dynamic CCaaS telecoms business based in Manchester that's looking for a Business Development Executive to join their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in expanding their market reach. You'll be focusing on outbound calling to identify and engage with mid-market and enterprise companies, sparking their interest in reviewing their existing telecom solutions, specifically Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS).
What you'll be doing:
Proactively generating new business leads through targeted outbound calling and other prospecting activities.
Identifying key decision-makers and understanding their current telecom infrastructure and pain points.
Articulating the value proposition of CCaaS solutions and how they can benefit businesses.
Nurturing leads and setting qualified appointments for the sales team.
Maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities and accurately tracking progress.
Collaborating closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
What we're looking for:
A proven track record in outbound sales or business development, ideally within the telecoms or technology sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
A highly motivated and target-driven individual with a strong work ethic.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
A keen interest in CCaaS and cloud-based communication solutions.
