We're partnered with a dynamic CCaaS telecoms business based in Manchester that's looking for a Business Development Executive to join their growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in expanding their market reach. You'll be focusing on outbound calling to identify and engage with mid-market and enterprise companies, sparking their interest in reviewing their existing telecom solutions, specifically Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS).

What you'll be doing:

  • Proactively generating new business leads through targeted outbound calling and other prospecting activities.

  • Identifying key decision-makers and understanding their current telecom infrastructure and pain points.

  • Articulating the value proposition of CCaaS solutions and how they can benefit businesses.

  • Nurturing leads and setting qualified appointments for the sales team.

  • Maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities and accurately tracking progress.

  • Collaborating closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.

What we're looking for:

  • A proven track record in outbound sales or business development, ideally within the telecoms or technology sector.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • A highly motivated and target-driven individual with a strong work ethic.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.

  • A keen interest in CCaaS and cloud-based communication solutions.
