Job Title: Welder Fabricator

We are recruiting for an engineering workshop in South Wales who are looking for a Fabricator Welder for their workshop. This is a temporary to permanent basis position with good career progression within the workshop.
You will need to be capable of fabricating from drawings and confident in precision welding ideally with TIG on stainless steel however good MIG welders are also required. NVQ level 3 in fabrication and welding is beneficial however it is not essential as, the same is for welding codings.
The workshop work a 40 hour week Monday to Friday and do not work shift patterns. This role would not suit a contractor as they are looking for a long term placement and for someone to progress within the workshop.
After going permanent directly with the business the PAYE rate is £11.50 per hour this rises to £12.32 per hour after 3 months.
