About the Role:
They are looking for an experienced IT Manager to join their existing team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in building and nurturing a strong team culture, where high morale and exceptional customer service are at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment where team morale and culture are paramount
- Develop and implement training programs and initiatives to support the ongoing professional development of team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
- Champion a customer-centric approach to service delivery, ensuring that customer satisfaction is prioritized in all interactions and that the team is empowered to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations
- Oversee the management of our clients' IT infrastructure and services, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved promptly and effectively, and that service levels meet or exceed client expectations
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals, providing strategic guidance and recommending technology solutions that align with their objectives
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, making recommendations for service enhancements and innovations that will benefit both our clients and our team
Job Experience Required:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the IT services industry, with a track record of successfully managing and growing a team of tech professionals
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members and build strong client relationships
- Experience in developing and implementing training programs and initiatives to support team development and enhance customer service skills
- Technical expertise in IT infrastructure and systems administration, with proficiency in networking, security, and cloud technologies
- Essential experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure, and Veeam
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft) are desirable
