    • Serving as a key point of contact for project-related communication via phone and email with clients.

    • Providing essential remote support for project tasks and maintenance using our RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) system.

    • Field Work: Travelling to client sites, which are generally within a 1-hour commute of the West Sussex Head Office, to carry out installation and project-specific support work – facilitated by access to a company vehicle.

    • Proactively monitoring critical systems, including the status of backup systems.

    • Performing and recommending proactive maintenance to enhance client stability and performance.

    • Maintaining meticulous project documentation, notes, and paperwork, ensuring full accuracy.

    • Assisting the Projects Manager by providing timely updates on project progress and escalating potential issues immediately.
