Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £18,000 + Commission (rising to £20k after probation)
Type: Permanent
Location: Cwmcarn
Hours: Monday to Friday - No evenings/Weekends or Bank holidays
Start Date: 03/05/2021
We are looking for highly ambitious sales staff to join our team in Cwmcarn.
Ideally you will have previous sales experience however it is not essential. We are searching for highly ambitious staff who are focused on growing a career in sales. In return we will provide you with all the training required for the role as well as a fantastic commission package and career progression.

As a recruiters we will look for you to focus on one of these sectors in order to fully understanding the target market from both a candidate and client side. By doing this you will be able to provide real insight to both. Pairing that market focus with industry leading technology and best in class training you will have every opportunity to progress to a specialist recruitment consultant within 6 months.
