We are looking for a competitive, driven and trustworthy Sales Executive to help with a new division within our client's business. This is a great opportunity to join a small team and come in from the start. Our client currently employees over 55 staff members, the new team exists of four and is becoming a huge focus for the company.
We're looking for a salesperson to join our Virtual Landline team, alongside an existing sales exec. Our new department has created the highest paying commission throughout the whole business, so this is a perfect step for an already overachieving tele sales agent to progress to the next stage. This role is talking to existing customers only. You will not have to approach cold companies. The product you are selling is incredibly flexible for salesperson to close. It provides a true proven benefit for all companies throughout the UK. The commission is uncapped and generous.
Ultimately, you'll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Actively calling our existing customers with a consultative approach
- Achieving daily KPI's
- Explaining the benefits of our new product
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Maintaining accurate records
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude to exceed goals
