Job Title: Enterprise Business Development Manager

Salary: £50,000

Commission: £100,000 - £140,000 (Uncapped)

Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

We are looking for a customer first, Enterprise Business Development Specialist with a proven track record of closing complex, multisite and multi product solutions.

The Role's Activities

In this business to business sales role, below are some of the activities you will take part in to gain new customers and support our existing ones.

  • Utilising your existing relationships, you will build a strong pipeline of multi-site, multi-product or complex solutions.
  • You will build a strong base of advocates in key industries to gain warm introductions to companies who require our services which will form part of your run rate.
  • Using your wealth of knowledge, you will suggest new ideas and approaches of how to gain new clients to the SLT who will then support you in bringing these to fruition and making a success of them.
  • Through our relationship management team you will support our existing enterprise customers with consultancy and commercials for bespoke solutions.
  • You will identify and attend relevant events where you will meet with prospective clients and advocates and onboard them.
  • You will deliver a strategy back into the sales leaders of the businesses of how you will attain new Enterprise Clients and report on your progress against this monthly.
  • This is a 360 sales role so you will be responsible for the whole sales process from initial engagement to customer onboarding and supporting the clients by controlling the sales process throughout.

What you must have

The attributes we ask that anyone considering this position should have are:

  • Extensive knowledge and cultivation of relevant industry business relationships that you can leverage to bring in new business
  • An extensive proven track record of closing multisite and multi product sales in New Business Enterprise Sales within the ISP industry.
  • A strong knowledge of the business internet service provider industry with an ability to simply explain technical products at any level of knowledge.
  • A thirst for knowledge with the ability to pick up and learn technical ideas and jargon quickly with an ability to self educate.
  • Ability with and capability to learn computer programs (Word / Powerpoint / CRM systems)
  • Experience with crafting and using sales pipelines
