Service Delivery Co-Ordinator

Job Title: Service Delivery Support
Salary: £22,000
Location: Basingstoke
Hours: FT Permanent Monday - Friday

Role Summary

You will be an integral part of the service delivery team, responsible for the installation process deployment, arranging times for engineers to visit sites. You will also be responsible for post sales care, ensuring all the customer needs are met in a timely manner with exceptional customer service. You will have a range of responsibilities that can include but are not limited to:

  • Day to day involvement in the ongoing progression of all main hardware installations.
  • Assisting with Telephone system order proposals for the SCL Group Sales teams.
  • Ensure we are regularly communicating with clients while exceeding their expectations.
  • Raising Purchase Orders and ordering equipment to be sent to customers.
  • Communicate professionally with networks and suppliers when provisioning orders.
  • Adding all aspects of the project billing to CRM.
  • Fixed Rejects, Billing Queries, Cease and Re-provides.
  • Organising Engineers for site visits.
  • Day to day management of your own workload while supporting others if needed.
