Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join an expanding team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our telecommunications business. Your primary focus will be identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and nurturing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the telecommunications sector, including targeting specific industry segments and key accounts.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within client organisations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential risks and opportunities for the business.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry advancements to effectively position our telecommunications solutions in the market.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and other performance metrics set by the company.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding business development activities, pipeline status, and market insights.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record in business development, preferably within the telecommunications industry or related field.
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications products, services, and market trends.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
  • Excellent relationship-building and networking skills, with a natural ability to establish rapport and maintain long-term client partnerships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven individual with a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market dynamics, identify customer needs, and develop tailored solutions.
