The new department is focused on upselling to existing clients, providing them with a virtual landline. The new department has the highest paying commission structure throughout the whole business. Making it a perfect step for sales staff with experience. You will not have to cold approach companies & the product you are selling is incredibly flexible for the salesperson to close. It provides a true proven benefit for all companies throughout the UK. The commission is uncapped and generous.

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role within sales
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a bonus
- Understanding of negotiating & closing techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude to exceed goals
