BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Salary: £30-40k Basic
Commission: £70,000 OTE + Uncapped Commission
Additions: Company Laptop, Mobile Phone & Car Mileage Allowance
Hours: Monday-Friday, No Evenings or Weekends

You will be given extensive further training and mentoring from the experienced members in the team. You will be attending various courses to further expand your Business Communications Technology knowledge. Along with further sales and Account Management training if required.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
* Selling a wide range of products and services in a B2B environment
* Working alongside the Head of Sales and Marketing, to participate in planning and execution of marketing campaigns
* New business lead generation, through business networking, referral partnerships, cold calling, exhibitions & working with our existing client base to upsell and cross sell.
* Regular face to face contact with customer accounts that are allocated to you
* Independent learning for personal and professional development
* Ability to work autonomously
* Ability to create and build relationships at all levels
* Full Driving Licence
* Experience selling in the Telecommunications industry. Ideally selling 8x8, Gamma or TelcoSwitch
