Channel Business Development Manager – Telecoms (Home Based / Midlands)

  • On-Target Earnings (OTE, excluding car allowance): £100,000 – £110,000

Summary

We are working with a well-respected UK telecoms vendor specialising in mobile solutions to hire a Channel Business Development Manager. This home-based telecoms role is perfect for candidates based in or near the Midlands, providing easy access to partners and clients across the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for a telecoms channel sales professional to take the next step in their career. You will develop and grow the company’s partner network, targeting IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Value Added Resellers (VARs), and telecom resellers to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

 

The Role

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new telecom channel partners. Once onboard, maintain a close relationship—supporting partners through the product portfolio, driving revenue, providing training, conducting customer site visits, and creating incentive programs.

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with MSPs, VARs, and telecom resellers across the UK.

  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies aligned with business goals and upcoming product launches.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners are fully supported and successful.

  • Leverage your telecoms channel sales experience to deliver measurable results.

 

 

About You

  • Proven experience in telecoms channel sales or partner management.

  • Established network within MSPs, VARs, or telecom resellers is highly desirable.

  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a home-based role.

  • Ambitious and seeking career progression within telecoms channel sales.

  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
