The Role – Marketing Campaign Manager (Hybrid, Manchester)
As Marketing Campaign Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns designed to generate high-quality B2B leads.
A key part of this role is working closely with the sales team to build strong internal relationships, ensuring seamless handovers and maximising conversions into qualified opportunities. You’ll also collaborate with agency partners to deliver marketing strategies across email, paid media, content marketing, webinars, and social campaigns.
This is a hybrid role, and we are looking for candidates who are based in or near Manchester.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, webinars, events, and paid advertising.
Create and optimise content to support lead generation and SEO performance.
Analyse campaign results, track ROI, and use data to refine strategies.
Segment and utilise data to target specific industries and audiences.
Work with external agencies to deliver digital, video, and content marketing campaigns.
Build automated workflows and personalised messaging to nurture leads.
Partner with sales teams to align marketing and sales objectives.
Manage budgets and provide performance reports with insights and recommendations.
About You
5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS or technology.
Proven track record in digital lead generation and campaign optimisation.
Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and demand generation strategies.
Proficient in HubSpot, LinkedIn, Apollo, SEMrush, plus tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and GA4.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Creative, data-driven, and results-oriented.
Experience in video production or editing is an advantage.
What’s on Offer
Salary: £36,000 – £40,000 (DOE)
