Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Start Date: 19/10/2021
Salary: £20,000 + Commission OTE - £38,000 uncapped (basic raising to £22,000 after passing probation)
Hours: Monday to Friday - No evenings/Weekends or Bank holidays
We are looking for highly ambitious sales staff to join our team in Cwmcarn.
Ideally you will have previous sales experience however it is not essential. We are searching for highly ambitious staff who are focused on growing a career in sales. In return we will provide you with all the training required for the role as well as a fantastic commission package and career progression & great Coffee!
What we do
As a specialist recruiter you will focus on the telecoms industry. By doing this you will gain full understanding of the market from both a candidate and client perspective. Through specialising you will add value & insight to both candidate and client. Pairing that market focus with industry leading technology and best in class training you will have every opportunity to progress to a specialist recruitment consultant within 3 to 6 months.
